The purpose of the Oxton & Channelkirk Community Council is to be
 a voice for the people of this communityand to act as a medium in
 relevant matters between The Scottish Borders Council and this
community.
The community council will also act as a catalyst for various social
events within this community to promote fun and friendship.
To achieve the above desired results, the community council engages
with all residents and invites them along to our meetings on the last
Monday of every month in the village hall, commencing at 7:30pm.
